Client communications app (for legal firms)

Hi all, we are an accounting practice and are looking for a solution to enable us to connect with our clients, share information, provide relevant news etc. There are apps available on the market such as 'my firms app' however these solutions do not give us the ability to message our clients through the app.
Currently we can contact our clients via email, text, whatsapp etc. However as the business grows we are looking for an app that will be the only source of communication for our clients so the information is available for all staff members.
As you can imagine with different staff using their mobile devices client communications are held on those phones and not available to other staff.
Our inititial goal is to develop an app that can handle client communication and then move onto integrating other processes such as CRM, prospect management etc.
We can't find any white label apps out there for our industry and in the UK.
It would be great to have a consultation to discuss the potential of this project and get an idea of costs.
