UI/UX design for an IOS app like Tinder

I want someone to develop a simple Dating app like Tinder. The app must have the following features. such as....I would like to add a feature....where below the profile, it would show the percentage of liked profiles within their region...you think that is possible? or maybe a percentage or likes and passes? or something like that being able to comment on someones profile and the user of that profile unable to delete it....that way if there is a bad experience, they can put on it....catfished or a douche etc once matched...you are always matched. you can only re-create profile twice every (linked to email) statistic of percentage of profiles the user has liked in their area (keeps them from just saying yes to everyone) My idea is instead of pictures....a 20 second video...this give them a chance to tell them about themselves....and it makes it hard to catfish someone. Plus, you get to here their voice and get a feel for who they are was thinking Look and Listen....then using the left and right hand making L's putting them together like you were showing movie frame work this picture shows what I mean by the hands I am looking to create a dating application similar to Tinder, but with some added features and change of structure. Instead of pictures, I would like it to be a video introduction (20 secs?) I would like there to be a comment section, but the user of the profile can not delete the comments, but can flag (so we can look if inappropriate). You have to verify with phone number or log in with facebook. In the information, it will tell the % of like and dislikes I think the name Look & Listen Shows up......then the two Ls become fingers and make the frame work, which then dissolves in to the active video frame. If not one around.....It will show an hour glass? Just an idea. Open to ideas and concepts. In addition, all the admin settings like tinder and the ability to adjust distance and age.
