Nutrition/Dietitian Coaching Mobile App

Job Description:
I am looking for someone with experience building a mobile App for nutrition/dietitian coaching.
My app will need to include the following:
-Back end access for me to create client nutrition plans and training plans (I'll need to be able to set meals to eat, time of day for meals, and Macros with calories for each meal.)
-I need a BMR calculator and integrated. (I can provide an example of how I would like this done.)
-Personal login for each client
-Drop down menus for food selection. (I can provide an example of this)
-A section the lays out their weekly exercise plan.
-Easy access for iphone, android, and PC's
I am also open to hearing ideas on how to make my app very helpful for my clients. I look forward to seeing examples and getting some much needed help.
