cloud database (can easy access by app (backup / read / delete completely) azure or aws etc.

system admin have authority to remove/suspend whole cloud account completely if client not paying monthly payment

pos can run system during offline (save customer record up to 7 days) /sync with cloud database when online

user mode :

fast food all orders process as take out order , after orders sent ,kitchen print out and customer print out shows order # (e.g. tk1 /tk2 etc) easier to follow up by staff packing up

can input customer into (email /phone/ name / address etc) and print on the bill and save customer info in customer database

shows payment method print out and in the order( cards,cash or using delivery apps) in the print out , easier sorting for delievery or pick up at store

restaurant mode including table selection (can put names or number to name it), can easy locate tables on a seating map (user upload the site pic map )

every table may change into different colors to identify table is seated or items already served or table is available

take out order function also in the restaurant mode

easy table change functions (included all orders from previous table to another table)

separate table functions , different group people can share same table into different bills (like A1 table spilt into A1a A1b A1c ..etc)

1 click button can shows all waiting order or completed order on a list (can easy sorting)

orders shows table name and time in kitchen print out

multi pos clients can use pos program same time (using different ipads) but cannot access same table at the same time (until user exit the table)

in the order selections, it allow staff to order item delay (1 mins - 120mins) sent to kitchen

allow manager level user to stop some items "suspend" when item become unavailable , so that staff won't make wrong order when item is out of stock

spilt bill function (can spilt into unlimited bills with different items) i.g. 5 items orders into 4 different bills , i.g. 16 items spilt in to 7 bills.

remarks buttons in the order menu ( add / remove/ on the side / taste adjust)
