Transfer code from objective C language to Flutter.

We are looking for a mobile developer who can transfer code from an old iPhone app written in objective C language to Flutter. It is a CRM app that connects shops with customers.
The work will be mostly backend with REST Apis. we already finished developing the UI in flutter.
we have the source code of the app in objective c but the code is not written by us and there is documentation written in Italian.
we need you to analyze the code to find API calls and transfer them to flutter.
