Project Description

I have a jQuery script that does session timeout functionality. We need to make some small changes to the script.

Right now whenever a user clicks on the page where the functionality has been activated an AJAX request is sent to the server to refresh the session. However you can imagine that if the user is clicking a lot on the page this is generating many AJAX requests.

We want to change the script so that actions are logged and let's say every two minutes check if an action was performed and if so refresh the session. So if the user on the page clicked once in the last two minutes then the session would refresh otherwise it would continue counting down.

Also initially when the script is loaded it makes an AJAX request, we want to disable the AJAX request when the page is first loaded.

If you have any questions let me know! If you have no feedback on [url removed, login to view] don't bother bidding you will not be selected.
