Java or Flash Poker Game Manager

I wish to have made a java or flash app that will manage a home poker game. Its needed in flash or java so that it can run on any platform.

Basically the software will manage a tournament for a group of players for a texas holdem game and show a running countdown clock, show chip colours/values, average chip stack and manage players and tables.

The best explanation would be to show other apps that also do this. A clone of these apps (all do the same core things) is maybe the best way to descibe this job.

The most tricky parts of the app would be the player and table management, but for a competent programmer i am sure that this is no problem.

A knowledge of poker (texas holdem) would help you greatly in creating a great app to use.
