Windows Mobile Menu Bar Access from Java AWT running IBM J9

We are looking for someone to develop the following in a Java AWT application running on Windows Mobile 5, using IBM J9 JVM, that:

a) presents two menu items on the "status bar": one to the left and the other to the right of the standard keyboard icon in the middle. The one on left (called "Left") has no menu items; on mouse click is shows a popup "Click on left". The one on right shows a submenu with items: item1, item2; a click on each item shows a popup.

b) presents the keyboard popup when the cursor moves into a text or numeric field and then hides it when the field loses focus. The application window must be re-sized to account for the space taken by the keyboard during and after field entry.

Both items need to be able to be implemented as a jar or a MIDlet in Java (using J9). Complete instructions for running and testing on Windows Mobile 5 are required.
