I am in need of some support on an existing Tomcat application. There are three contexts in the existing application. I have a fully-functional (except for fax function) demo site here: [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] You may log in as customer: anyhospital with password jk4390 and as physician: anydoc with password jk4390.
There are three contexts for the application: pujolsadmin, pujolscustomer, and pujolsphysician. The primary function of the admin context is to manage customer and physicians as well as create activity reports. The primary function of the customer context is to enter orders and print responses to those orders online. The primary function of the physician context is to open orders generated by customers and respond to those orders using a text comment field.
I have a variety of minor changes that need to be made:
Physician search function similar to the way the customer can search.
Add "Exam Description" free text field to tbl_Order for the customer to populate during on the "New Work Order" page. Also make this same field editable via the physician interface when opening the order.
Add the customer name to the top of the "print to screen" function from the physician interface.
Add "Tech Name" field to physician interface and to fax reports (currently the customer enters this information, but it is not viewable anywhere).
I have one significant change that needs to be made:
Currently, each customer has one and only one login. All orders are based on the specific customer login name. I need to make it such that a customer may have any number of login accounts, but each of those accounts has access to all of the data from that customer. For example, Phelps Hospital currently logs in as "Phelps". I need them to be able to log in as "Joe", "Mary", "Fred" etc. while Joe, Mary, and Fred all have access to orders from Phelps Hospital.
