I have a site we are trying to launch, but we have discovered in certain versions of IE8 the dropdown menus do not work correctly - they either "dropdown" from the top of the browser window instead of the navigation bar or you must click the nav button first to make them work. This does not happen in other browsers.
One of the menus is dynamic, the links controlled from our CMS, but I don't "think" you'll need to mess with this particular file. There are several .js files that control the dropdown menus. Additionally, the mouseover action does not work except on the menu item that does not have dropdown.
It makes no difference if we use another script - as long as we have graphical navigation rollovers with dropdowns or if we fix this script. If we use another script, we need to be able to make at least one of the menu contents dynamic (but you can use the sample code from the existing file).
Here is a URL to see the sample site: [url removed, login to view]
Anyone submitting a bid must use MSN Messenger and be available to begin this project immediately. Thanks!
I will provide sample page with a header to work with directly on the server and all files you might need to work on the project locally.
