Reporting tool

I want a reporting tool developed to generate reports from a small datawarehouse whose schema i will provide or we can work out later.

Basically the backend database can be access or mysql. The application should involve a small applet or jsp pages which interact with a tomcat server on which servlets will run which deal with the backend database.

Basically a 3 tier application. The schema will have between 5-7 tables.

I will need the source code.
