The requirement of this project is the development of a new flexible ad expandable system for monitoring photovoltaic plants using end terminals at the solar parks transmitting over various network means data to a central database.
It must support Content Management System so various website designs to be able to deployed by the administrator of the system to offer various templates and services to different types of customers (retail, business, small size, medium size, single inverter, multiple inverters etc).
The administrator must be able to define each customer's website, delete it, modify it nd allow one or multiple users to access it and view it.
The system must have various independent modules to link them in the central system. Modules like text, images, html, contact are necessary.
The central system must be able to display individual parameters of each solar park like energy yield per day, month, year, All parameters of the inverter like energy per string, power, current, voltage per string should be able to be compared to each other in order to anayze potential issues and resolve performance problems.
It is also necessary to develop a datalogger to monitor messages from individual inverter per solar park and per website.
A complete technical description is available for the winner of the bid. Extra bonus to the developer who can recommend the best remote modem that fit the overall solution offered. Each remote box will connect to the inverter over RS485 or RS 232 interface and communicate via the WEB over ADSL, GPRS or WiFi signaling.
