I need someone to combine the pricing details from three different spread sheets into one, so I can determine the cheapest supplier on any given mobile phone network.

The three spreadsheets can be combined into a new bigger spreadsheet by manual copy & pasting.
However, I would prefer if the person doing this job can either
(a) know how to use a SQL server database, and insert the offers directly into prepared tables
(b) can perform this task using an automated script of some type, preferably .NET 1.1, but any language is ok.
Points (a) and (b) are optional, and not required for the project, but any bidder who can additionally do either (a) and/or (b) will be given preference.
