Integrate java applet (API available) into drupal page. Minor page adjustments are required.
Actually consists of two applets first allowing user to upload file to the server and the second one allowing upload and download.
Applet and API full documentation is available.
1. User creates profile in Drupal (no work required)
2. Administrator assigns rights upload or upload/download (no work required)
3. User logs in to Drupal, based on the privileges correct applet is loaded
3.1 Upload/Download (load applet only)
3.2 Upload only then page loads applet and instruction (minor clean up maybe required)
4. The rest is only relevant to 3.2
4.1 User fills up instruction form
4.2 User clicks submit file button
4.3 System Transfers file
4.4 If file transfer is successful then instruction is send to the provided email (email function is completed)
4.5 Instructions are stored in mySQL (to be done)
This work needs to be done ASAP. Further work will be available after completion.
It sounds very straightforward. I've done quite a bit of Drupal integration for 3rd-party plugins, and it should be very quick to put together. I'm estimating 1 day for integration plus 1 day for testing and revision.
