API implementation in Java and Micronaut

Job Description:
I have a project where API exists which is returning mock data. I want someone to help me with logic implementation. There are two parts to the project.
1. Feed
In this we want to implement multiple functionalities to add, retrieve and update the information. You will also be required to call other APIs (belonging to our project). An API client will be provided. All the implementation details are defined in this link ([login to view URL])
2. RSS reader
We want to build an RSS reader which will populate feeds from certain websites into our storage. I am open to implementation ideas. All the technical information is provided in this link ([login to view URL])
NOTE: Springboot experience is also fine
