A java class that analyzes an image and returns whether it contains a specific object as percentage

I need a simple java class that analyzes an image and tells that it is a proper input or not. I have a Turkish Coffee shape analyze program. My users sends their cups with coffee grounds, then the program analyze the grounds. Sometimes, there are some unwanted photos which are not even a cup. I want to remove them programmatically. Here is some requirements/information of the project: -It must simply check, whether the input image is/contains a coffee cup with grounds, or not. The program must return a value between 1-100 according to the similarity. -All the images have 400x400 size in the system. Size will never be changed. -I will give you some sample images to test. The structure is up to you. Maybe the program compares the input image with a group of REAL and PROPER images that I provide; or maybe it directly decides it is a cup with coffee grounds in some way. -The program should be CPU and MEMORY friendly (It will be used under a traffic). -You are free to use any languages, but we should run your program at Java environment. You may use any Java frameworks such as OpenCV(for java with DLLs) or Openimaj etc. It is not a once of job. If we work well together for this job, we can work with you any time we need about image processing. Thanks
