Details: Need a java program to read / extract data from Voter list pdf file which is written in hindi language
Required data ::
1> Name
2> Father Name
3> House Number
4> Age
5> Gender
Note :- use only freeware tools/Apis . Don’t use any paid proprietary software.

Section2: Additional Feature
2.1 ADD1 :PDF information):
New Column File_Name ( Input file name without extension. Example for input file “[login to view URL]” it should output: 3)
New Column Page_Number (Page number from PDF file it fetched from)
2.2 ADD2: Generic information same for all records in given PDF (To be fetched from Page1 of PDF)
New Column Publication_Date ( from example file attached page1 output: 14-02-2020 )
New Column Main_Village ( from example file attached page1 output: दुल्हापुर पट्टी जाट )
New Column Panchayat ( from example file attached page1 output: दुल्हापुर पट्टी जाट )
New Column Block ( from example file attached page1 output: ठाकुरद्वारा)
New Column Thana ( from example file attached page1 output: ठाकुरद्वारा )
New Column Tehsil ( from example file attached page1 output: ठाकुरद्वारा )
New Column Matdan_Sthal ( from example file attached page1 section मतदान स्थल output: प्रा वि दुल्हापुर पट्टी जाट कक्ष 1 )
New Column Sub_Part having semicolon separated list ( from example file attached page1 section भाग में आने वाले अनुभागो की संख्या और नाम output: दुल्हापुर पट्टी जाट: दूसरा गाँव ( semicolon separate if multiple village names))
2.3 ADD3: (For each voter to identify if it was deleted or included in newly added section named “परिवर्धन सूची” )
New column as Serial Number (from example file attached page3 section first_voter_detail output: 1)
New column as VoterID (from example file attached page3 section first_voter_detail serial number 1- output: UP/8/035/0003196)
New column “Status: Existing/Deleted/New” -
If a person is deleted as mentioned DELETED it should have DELETED (from example file page 8 Serial number R175 output: DELETED)
If a person is newly added put I.e. if in section named “परिवर्धन सूची” (from example file page 26 Serial number 719 output: NEW)
Not in DELETED and not in NEW (“परिवर्धन सूची”) then it should say - EXISTING
