I am in need of a Java programmer who can assist me in creating a crowd simulation prototype for Umrah event. T
The freelancer must have experiences in working with GIS using JAVA.
The project must do the following:
- Define the Umarh route from entrance to Tawaf to Masa'a to exist. The route actually represent the real route in terms of design and dimension.
- Simulate the Umrah event. Each pilgrim has a location on the route while performing.
The number of pilgrims can be changed as an input each time the prototype is running. The prototype monitors the crowed states in each square metre.
- Enable defining rules for detecting and predicating crowed incidents. For example, the prototype gives alerts if the number of pilgrisms is more than 3 in each square metre. However, about 12 rules are defined.
- Gives alerts when a rule matched
