You must be at least 16 years old.
I estimate that you will work 1 hour per day (approximately 20 hours per month).
✻ DAILY PAYMENT ✻
I will pay you each day for every hour you work with me.
Obviously this will almost completely eliminate the risk that you will be unpaid for your work. Please search on Google for, "Reddit freelancing fixed price vs hourly." Fixed price computer programming projects are usually not lucrative, except for expert freelancers who are good negotiators.
✻ YOU MUST LIVE IN... ✻
Bosnia and Herzegovina,
I am sorry to shout but please...
NO EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES (except Bulgaria and Romania),
NO RUSSIANS, and
✻ WORKING DAYS AND TIMES ✻
You will normally work 1 hour/day (20 days/month) for one hour on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at a time that is convenient for you.
✻ HOW TO APPLY (METHOD #1) ✻
Please copy and paste...
I am at least 16 years old. I am interested in working with you on this project. Due to a glitch with Freelancer, I might not receive an email from Freelancer indicating that you had responded to me. Therefore, I might need to login to Freelancer to find out that you have responded to me.
...into a message you send me (without the six asterisks).
It is unnecessary for you to add more information, but you may if you would like.
Please apply using either method #1 or method #2, not both.
✻ HOW TO APPLY (METHOD #2) ✻
If you would like to avoid "spending" one of your bids ("bid for free") then, please paste...
into your Freelancer profile.
I will search for...
If your profile were to interest me then I would invite you to bid on this project thereby enabling you to bid on this project "for free" (without spending one of your bids). Please wait *patiently* for up to 48 hours for me to invite you because I do *not* have a bot; I would need to manually invite you to bid.
✻ THE WORK ✻
You will have two primary tasks. First you will help me build a consumer IoT (Internet of things) product using MicroPython on the ESP32. Second, you will help me on various consulting projects for clients of mine. These projects will vary tremendously because, well, clients typically have a variety of different needs.
✻ PAYING YOU TO LEARN ✻
No. You aren't dreaming.
I would rather work with an inexperienced person who is very intelligent and solves problems scientifically than an experienced person who is not very intelligent and/or does not solve problems scientifically.
If you were recruiting a computer programmer, would you hire Issac Newton or Albert Einstein even if they did not have any experience programming?
✻ A TEST ✻
You must pass a difficult test to work with me. Over 99% of applicants fail the test I send to them.
I will create a milestone payment of $10 to Freelancer.com and allow you 48 hours to submit an answer to me. If I were to judge that you had passed the test then I would order Freelancer.com to release $10 to you.
However, if I were to believe that you had failed the test, and if you were to indicate that you believed you had passed the test, then I would almost certainly open a dispute against you with Freelancer.com so that an agent from Freelancer.com could adjudicate our dispute.
Milestone Dispute Resolution Policy
✻ "TRUST BUT VERIFY" ✻
I do *not* need to see your face but you must record your entire screen the entire time while you are performing work for me.
