Machine Learning (Scala/Java) developer - Crypto Trading -- 2

Need a Scala/Java developer with ML knowledge to create a trading algorithm that used to buy and sell on various time frames. Accuracy needed is 90% and above. The algorithm need to be preferment for low and high time frames and well backtested. The main goal is to catch every price bounce with buy and sell signals.

Price is negotiable based on the produced algorithms. Willing to pay for performant algorithms
