I am looking for a Java programmer who can program to do the following: Read 400 PGM files which are not all the same size in matrix, then be able to concatenate the images into a 3D array, after which an algorithm is needed that takes a slice of that 3D image, like how MatLab has the squeeze function to extract how a specific slice of the image in either the x, y or z dimension. That must be stored into a variable. Afterwards, the variable must be manipulated such that I want to find a specific value from that slice of data and I want to change the adjacent value, so it must be able to ask me what value I am looking for, what the adjacent value should it look for then be able to change that adjacent. I have most of the program down in MATLAB but I cant seem to get it working properly.
