VioP Caller with "Print" -- 2

I am currently looking for someone who can make a program that can link to a Twilio or Plivo Account. Once linked to Account Automate Calling Toll Free numbers such as 1800-242-5353 durring this call auto enter a given number from a list via .txt once that number is entered "Print" the response "Value" then Repeat. I would also like to be able to add different "Modules/Configs" Meaning on the UI startup should have a choice of options such as "Who are we calling?" 1.(Name+1800-252-5353) 2.(Name+1800252-3999) so that I am able to switch quickly between them. Once chosen a "Config/Module" I should get a prompt to "Load [login to view URL]" Once I have made my selections it should clear page and say Calling (Name+Number) Once Connected it should say (Checking "Number from [login to view URL]") and "Print" Number from [login to view URL] + The "Value" of each number from the given "Number from [login to view URL]" Example: Hello, Who are we calling? 1.(Name+1800-252-5353) 2.(Name+1800-252-5001) 3.(Name+1800-252-5002) 4.(Name+1800-252-5003) -Once Chosen- Please Load List to check "[login to view URL]" -Once Loaded (Clear Screen)- Calling (Name+1800-252-5002) Checking: "9876543211234679"|"Value" Checking: "9876543211230011"|"Value" Checking: "9876543211230022"|"Value" Checking: "9876543211230033"|"Value" After the 4th check Auto hang up and repeat Starting from where the program left off. Calling (Name+1800-252-5002) Checking: "9876543211230044"|"Value" Checking: "9876543211230055"|"Value" Checking: "9876543211230066"|"Value" Checking: "9876543211230077"|"Value" Once all numbers in [login to view URL] are checked return to main screen All checked numbers should be stored in a "results" Folder.
