I need a website converted from pdfs to pixel-perfect XHTML/CSS.

Please write proper clean, optimized CSS.
The javascript gallery is already made I will send you a link to download it. The website has several pages all with the same gallery but different groups of images.
There must be zoom for the images.
The contact us page form should on submit send the information to my email address. This should be tested with IE 7+, Mozilla (Windows & Mac), Chrome & Safari and from an iPhone. The code should validate @ [url removed, login to view]
You will need to re-size images for the galleries. On mouse over the image I wish to see a zoom. I found a script you can download and may be able to use at:[url removed, login to view]
The site should be vertically and horizontally centered in any size screen.
