I am looking for a professional flash,actionscript program who has experience with graphic design. I am looking to have a homepage made, from an already made template. You must also have a VERY VERY GOOD WORKING EXPERIENCE IN AFTER EFFECTS. as I will need some after effects work done also.
In doing this project you must be professional and experienced FLASH, ACTIONSCRIPT, HTML,CSS, AFTER EFFECTS WEB DESIGN.. This will be for a website design.
