Squeeze Page and Autoresponder Setup

Very simple and quick project. I need a squeeze page and autoresponder setup. I'd do it myself, but I've got a lot of other work on my plate. The account for the domain is already setup on my server. The squeeze page has already been developed. I just need to work on the content for the squeeze page. The autoresponder letters have already been written. The html email template has already been created. I have already installed arpReach on the server. It is on the same domain as the squeeze page. I just need someone to: 1. Modify the form code to work with the arpReach autoresponder for the account already created. 2. Setup form field validation to ensure all fields are properly completed on the squeeze page (javascript or whatever works best). 3. Setup the arpReach autoresponder with the text and html letters to include proper CAN SPAM compliance content at the bottom of each email (to include provision of my PO Box for the physical address) 4. Ensure all aspects of the autoresponder are properly configured. All subscribers are to be double opt-in. 5. Setup custom subscribe, unsubscribe and other pages on my domain using the html email template already developed. Successful subscribe page should show for 10 secs and then automatically redirect to my main site. Basically, setup everything up so that I can begin to just focus on driving traffic to the site and work with those that opt-in for more information.
