I have been looking into the Ajax Control Toolkit autocomplete object but it doesn't suit my requirements so a custom object needs to be build.
What I need:
I have a .net page with 2 textboxes on it.
When users types some text in any of those textboxes (after x ms like in Ajax Control Toolkit Autocomplete object) I want to call a web service (....asmx) passing 3 parameters: (text typed, counter (number of results to return) and language code)
The web service will return a list of records (return type to define mutually) with 3 values for each record (ID, Full Text and Country Code).
The list of available records to choose from will be shown to the user (see example attached) (Full text [Country Code]).
The user will pick one value from the list and when he does so, the textbox text will be replaced with the full text one the user choosed and the corresponding ID will be inserted in a hidden textbox.
Work has to be delivered full working and implemented in the existing page (FTP access will be granted).
NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) needs to be signed since you'll have access to project files.
Delivery date is to be up to Dec, 29th.
In your bid clearly specify a fixed closed ammount.
In your bid include 3 (just 3!) links / screen shots for similiar work you have done in the past.
