Maxgate - PSD to HTML/CSS

Hi,
I need HTML/CSS for these five pages:

It has to be valid HTML/CSS and coding style has to be very clean.
On the top navigation ("Startseite", "Funktionsweise", "Tour", "Ausprobieren") a mouse over effect shall be implemented.
On page type D the images at the bottom shall be clickable and enlarge on click and lead to a slideshow. Use the typical open source software here.
The website will be tested with current versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Safari and shall look excellent and identical in all those browsers.
Please state in your bid when you can deliver the work and post references in the bid or in a private message of previous work to see and to evaluate your coding style. The sooner you can deliver the better. The result is needed ASAP.
On project start you'll get the PSDs to the JPGs. Milestone in full project sum will be created immediately.
