Web design from firework models

We are developping html and php code for a breeding game and we want someone who will be able to do the design of the pages from firework models that we created. The design is already done for 30% of the game. We have firework models for the rest of the design. There are maybe 30 to 40 pages to design and we already have the design for very precise things such as round boxes, graphics etc...These things can easily be used. We want something very professionnal that stick to the models. It can be developped after the code is there or before we implement the code. You will find attched a model of a page that we want.
