Website CSS Design, Look and feel

I need to build the graphics for a dynamic website as follows: Please refer to the pictures attached. -The homepage will be exactly as the [login to view URL], when the user hovers over the calculate icon, the description available in the picture will appear. -When the user clicks on calculate, he will be redirected to another page(not attached) having 3 check boxes. -Depending on the user selection, the vertical and horizontal sliders (in [login to view URL]) will appear, so if the user selects only 1 option 3 vertical sliders and 2 horizontal sliders will appear, and if he selects all check boxes all the sliders shown in the [login to view URL] will appear. -As the user will slides the horizontal slider, the length of the vertical slider will change and display some text (image replacement), this will also happen with the thermometer. -As the value of the slider also change, the background image will also change (fade animation) to the images shown in all [login to view URL] -Top navigation and footer animation for the menus is also needed on hover maybe just a change in text size -Please note that all the back end calculations will be done from our side and the developer will not be responsible for these....the developer will just pass the value of the sliders and read a variable to change the scenes and the thermometer based on that. -We will provide all graphics in psd format or png images. -Please be accurate when specifying the time frame of the project -If you have any questions or need more details, please pm me
