Incorporate stopwatch-style pre-loader into javascript page

I need a pre-loader with a 5-second stopwatch-style countdown timer incorporated into this webpage at [login to view URL] It should be round and come in the middle of the page on top of everything and should disappear after the page is fully loaded behind it.
I can pay $2 for the completion of the first task and 2 per hour for additional efforts.
