Avatar skinning on BabylonJS or ThreeJS

Job Description:
I have human poses defined by 21 keypoints (take a look on the attached skeleton to check the keypoint definition) and I want to show the poses in WebGL, with an avatar adjusted to the keypoints. The avatar may be like dummy3 from BabylonJS ([login to view URL]). The poses contain just the position of the keypoints (or bones), but I can generate additional data if necessary, like poles or local basis for the bones. I would like to see something using the inverse kinematics of BabylonJS ([login to view URL]), but other approaches are acceptable as well, as long as different avatars may be adjusted to the poses and the approach is fast.
