Build a Chrome Plugin Geolocation based for Amazon site

There are following modules that are needed -

1. Create a plugin that works on amazing checkout page

2. It should work geolocation based, so [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and so on for at least 10-20 different amazon geolocations

3. Ability to push script inside the DOM and JS files to add further tracking details (ask me for more details specifying this point)

4. Very good UI and funny cartoon based
