Building a Marketplace asking for Developer(s)

We are looking for developer(s) with excellent knowledge of various programming languages, as the project is huge and will require a lot of study and work. The main idea is to create a MarketPlace for digital products which will go along with a strong back end and security. We are mostly interested for developers who already have done something like this. It goes without saying that after the work is done and paid for, it would be desirable to continue the collaboration in an IT role.
Most likely we would like to find someone who would have excellent knowledge for this type of project:
Backend: JavaScript (nodejs) or Ruby on Rails or django
Frontend: html css JavaScript (react angular or vue)
Database: MySQL or mongodb
Real-time chat: web sockets or other 3rd party services
