C++ Coder - Add Zoom like ScreenShare Toolbar UI (Windows 11/WinUI3 style)

I am looking for a skilled developer to add a Screen Share toolbar UI very similar to Zoom screen/window picker and floating toolbar with docking into my existing c++ WebRTC client, similar to Zoom. The client's requirements are as follows:
Platform:
- The existing c++ WebRTC client is built for Windows.
- UI build with windows 11/WinUI3 style.
- Zoom Like behavior and functioanllity with both Window/Screen picker and floating/docking toolbars
- Ability to build the annotation behavior to be added to WebRTC streaming (zoom like)
Toolbar UI Features:
- The toolbar UI should have advanced features such as screen share, record, and reactions.
Design/Layout:
- The client has a specific design in mind for the toolbar UI.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in c++ and WebRTC development.
- Experience in UI development and design.
- Familiarity with integrating toolbar UI into existing applications.
- Ability to work on the Windows platform.
knowledge and proven experience with libWebRTC is big ADVANTAGE
knowledge and proven experience with C++ sciter SDK is big ADVANTAGE
