Electron JS - Online presentation clicker for PowerPoint

We are thinking of doing a new project through [login to view URL] and I need a professional who can do it. We need to make a desktop application to make a remote powerpoint slide show.

On the one hand there would be the desktop application in windows and on the other hand a basic website to access with the mobile with two arrows to go forward or back in a powerpoint presentation.
We do not need any design since if we give a touch to the design we will do it ourselves, what we will need are the original files without compiling part of the compiled for windows.
