Facebook friends localisation

Hi,

Please read it carefully before contacting me.

I would like to develop a very simple mobile cross-platform app doing the following:

- Localizing the user

- Finding his facebook friends

- Getting his friends' cities or geolocalisations

- displaying to the user people who are in the same city as him

- optional feature --> having a map with the users avatar like in snapchat

I have some requirements:

- must be a mobile app, not a pwa

- must be coded only in:

- React Native or another JS framework

- no other langage

- for a total budget of 300€

I think this offer better suits a student willing to do a quite small project aside.

Please make me an offer if and only if you can build it using JS framework AND exactly for the budget stated above.
