Fix one javascript issue (Ajax form does not submit in Safari)

The code is written and working in most browsers, however there is a bug preventing the form from working in safari. We are trying to get photos to upload to the server via ajax and jQuery the data form sends fine, however the images (multipart form data) do not work in safari). This should be a very quick and easy (a.k.a. cheap project). Will award to lowest bidder than can start now....
