Sending out email reminders for staff's email for certain tasks that are not done.
We are a small business child care center looking for help with reminders for all the little items that staff need to remember to do.
I have been able to alter a script to send out reminders to just me. But have not been able to finetune getting a script to run for each staff's tab in a sheet.
Hope: To have a script setup to send out email reminders based on the email address in each tab. The script would look at each row, if Column E does not say "Done" then it would send out an email if the date in Column B is within 14 days or 1 day.
- The email address would be pulled from G1 on the given tab.
- The email subject would read: "Sprouts Task Reminder"
- The body would read: "The following items are coming up due: - List of all the items that need to be done from Column A. Please refer to your tab in the document, click the link here: .......
