Reactjs PWA application to find height difference between two points

Idea here is using mobile device onboard sensors, you find height difference in centimeters between two places, they usually apart by few to hundred feet. I believe GPS may not be accurate for centimeter accuracy, suggest using other sensors.

This is work flow, 1) user open web app, 2) draws a shape with finger on the screen, 3)chooses a base point on the drawn shape, 4) and places device flat facing screen up, 5) hits button measure, 6) screen flashes counting 3,2,1 then records value, display as it recorded, indicates point as base, 7) then walks few feet away, picks point p1 in map, then places it, measures value. You can measure any number of points, after done measuring, 8) clicks report, it shows on screen difference of height with respect to base point in centimeter

Store all values locally, you can create any number of reports and name them. Currently no backend, if this successful I will create project to add it.
