I need a freshdesk plugin that can automate time tracking.
Freshdesk has an option on ticket page where agents can add time to ticket (or start a timer and later stop it). But agents do not remember to add time, or forgive to stop the timer (and it continues to count in the server...).
What I need?
A freshdesk plugin (or alternative effective solution) that add working time to a ticket when that ticket is opened:
When a ticket page is viewed:
1. Wait 30sec
2. Add "5:00 min" to time tracking of that ticket, with current agent.
3. Wait "5:00 min"
4. Go to 2
When the agent leave the page (ou close tab), no more time tracking occurs. 30sec and 5min must be configurable.
Freshdesk has a plugin framework, a documented API, a documented DOM, and lots of plugins, integrations and documentation.
