I am new to java and I get my first project at new workplace but I can't move on.
I have a portable reader device with java sdk. If I call startScan() on device it creates a png image to the project's root folder. It is nessecary to add external jars to path for device and usb connection also a must.
I need to create a web form to input data and save into database. Additional stuff: possibility to call startScan() method from the form view and option for file upload.
-startscan / fileupload
-6 input fields
-10 checkbox items
-2-3 dropdown list items
I am looking for an executable file solution that can run localhost without any internet connection. I have tried with spring boot, but it's not clear what dependencies should I use. Tomcat and git made my days...
Thank you in advance
