Need Javascript Code Fixed

We want the website to work the same way on desktop chrome as well as mobile chrome. We want the code to be edited so that 'tapping' the links or pictures in mobile works the same way as on desktop, as well as retaining the 'one page scroll' scrolling method.

Lightbox is not working on mobile browser. Unable to click on links/make images bigger on the one page scroll.
