I need a Vue.js based developper for a REALLY simple project (not simple for me tho...)

So I'll try to be as quick as I can and sincere right here... I've spent 4 years on a webpage developping high-school course and I am literally one little-project away of getting my titulation.
Last year I got it all right but I messed up on JavaScript module. I really suck at programming and now I just want to finish this to get my titulation. I don't even want to be a developper anymore...
Now, in order to finish this, they ask me to do a Vue.js based project which I think is really simple. After some days/weeks doing research and trying this and that, I got stressed out and I'm asking for some real help; I already hate web developping.
The little-project goal is:
Using Vue.js + Axios/Ajax... have a main page with a list of 10 given cities. When selecting a city, this will happen:
API Real time data from my city (Barcelona) and the selected city (format could be like 2020-11-25 13:32:10).
values need to be updated each second.
API showing selected city location (Google Maps iframe [login to view URL]).
API showing weather prediction for actual day + next day on selected city.
values need to be updated each 15 minutes.
API showing selected city money value to 1 Euro value.
API showing a minimum of 3 pictures of the selected city.
Button to select another city of the list (return to main page or something).
I feel like this is doable in "2 days" by a developper who understands Vue.js and programming basics but for me it's like climbing the Everest mountain.
Also I already got some APIs to do this, maybe they can fit well.
