We are looking for a talented, motivated, and experienced Front-End Developer specializing in React and [login to view URL] to join us on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will help us build an interactive, user-friendly website for teaching children. Your primary responsibility will be the development of the front-end interface, implementing the visual and interactive elements that users engage with when using the application.
Responsibilities:
Develop a high-quality, engaging, and intuitive front-end user interface for the children's education platform.
Use React and [login to view URL] to build interactive and dynamic components.
Translate the needs of our project into functional and appealing digital features, aiming to provide an engaging and user-friendly experience.
Use responsive web design techniques to ensure a great user experience on both desktop and mobile.
Collaborate closely with designers and back-end developers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure all user input is validated before submitting it to our back-end systems.
Implement security and data protection measures.
Test, debug, and improve the application to ensure optimal performance and quality.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply them into operations and activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, preferably with work samples focused on educational content or children's products.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
Thorough understanding of React.js, [login to view URL], and their core principles.
Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript (ES6).
Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot applications and code.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong self-management skills.
