Simple Joomla Website

Looking for an experienced Joomla website developer to develop a fairly simple couple page website. This project is the first phase of several phases to this project. The site will have a form with several drop down boxes to complete a user sign-up. The user sign-up will require manual approval from an administrator. This approval can be very basic, we are looking for very basic admin functionality. The site will also contain a login section on the home page. Once a user logs in the site there will be 5 pages that contain text and the ability to download a variety of pdf, Word and Excel files. We plan to edit the content and post the files ourselves with Joomla.

This should be an easy project for an experienced Joomla developer. This will be a first of many website projects that we are developing.

Detailed project description and examples of similar sites will be provided to qualified bidders.

Please provide examples of experience and links of sites for us to evaluate. We realize this is currently a very generic scope we are providing in this project summary. After we see bids with experience and example sites we will short list the bidders and provide the "short list" a more detailed scope and will provide those "short list" bidders the opportunity to refine their prices after they see the more detailed scope.
