Add Features to JA Avian II Joomla Website

I’m looking for an expert Joomla developer to add features to a Joomlart JA Avian II photography website. I need a serious, honest partner to work with that can start & finish quickly but has a long term interest.
Take a look at [url removed, login to view] for a demo. You will be given access to Joomlart Club where you can access template support for any changes that are required.
I need the following features added to the site.
1. Add a shopping cart that works with gallery specific price list. You can use Virtuemart from Joomlart or oscommerce from IX WEBsite (already installed by host) or you pick your best cart for photo sales.
2. Note that the “price list” is assigned at the category level within a gallery so that I can have different prices for different types of photo’s or events. The customer should be able to order a XYZ size print for $XX or download the selected image for $YY.
3. Keep the existing “upload and download feature” but restrict the upload to “selected” registered users only and restrict the download feature for selected gallery categories only.
4. Add a login feature for private categories (eg “Weddings”. All users will use a common ID and password that I provide for them)
5. The current Register/ Login features may require some adjustments to keep things simple with the above changes.
The site is currently hosted on IX WEB Hosting where you will be given login details to complete the development on this site.
On-going work will be offered for latter phases of the project. Please note that the current site is not fully functional. The previous developer was regrettable not able to finish the project due to personal reasons and the project cancelled by joint agreement.
