567046 Simple Joomla Modifications

I need a few things done on my Joomla website: [login to view URL](see the attached image) 1. The modules on the home page on the right (Latest Headlines, Entertainment Headlines and the small ad below Entertainment Headlines) need to be of a fixed length so that they are even with the bottom of the module on the left. The total length of these two columns should be 568 pixels. 2. Every article in the Small Business & Personal Finance categories should automatically show up in the "Latest News" module. 3. The Footer currently says has two lines at the bottom that say: External links are provided for reference purposes. The World News II is not responsible for the content of external Internet sites. Template Design © Joomla Templates | GavickPro. All rights reserved. The first line should say: The Rockland Star provides online community news for our community by our community. The second line should say: © InterNetwork Media LLC. All rights reserved. (InterNetwork Media LLC should by a hyper link to [login to view URL]) 4. The Rockland Star Header Banner at the top should scroll with everything else when a user scrolls down the page. Currently it is in a fixed position while everythign else moves when scrolling to the bottom of the page.
