Joomla-Need to make referral sites pluigins--URJENT

I have a method that I'm thinking of, the method is this. A user gets a coupon code for there referral. When a buyer enters in there coupon code and completes transaction I need it to show up in my system I owe this person X amount of dollars per referral. My current main site is setup on Joomla and basiclly what I want to do now is make a referral site where an individual can sign up with there name email and add some of there social networks (like how many followers they have on twitter, Facebook and what now.) An Admin approves or disapproves them Once they get approved they can generate a coupon code and pass on to potential buyers. If a Buyer uses the coupon code and completes transaction I need it to show us on the individuals login area./ This is basically going to link to my site and requires a little coding. URJENT NEEDED
