Joomla Template adjust

I'm looking for someone who can set up my Joomla Template Helix correctly. At the moment it is so that there are different heights where the contributions and the modules begin. I would like to start the individual pages in exactly the same place. Then there is a module that has been created and fixed to the floor. Unfortunately, half the text disappears here.
I also want the text to be the same distance from the edge on both sides. Also in the mobile version. And a shadow around the white modul. On bottom position i need the same space between the modul on ride side.
Furthermore, I want the modules to be correctly aligned on the side. They should go further outwards and closer together.
I am a perfectionist and I don't want it to look a little good. I want the modules to start exactly at the same place and not somehow similar.
