need a cheap joomla customiser/coder experienced

need someone who knows everything about joomla to modify setup a ver y very basic shopping cart and also modify the pre made template to fit the cart and do any other customisations needed.

please do not bid if you are not FULLY EXPERIENCED with customising EVERY SINGLE BIT of joomla, we have no time to deal with people learning as they go as has happened previously,
